We provide around-the-clock monitoring of
every aspect of the OCWN Partnership Data
Center, including power, power quality,
temperature, humidity, generator status and
more. Computer-aided diagnostics report on the
status of internal components and, in the
event of a problem, instantly alert
technicians to ensure responsive service.

The OCWN Partnership Network is platform
agnostic for both streaming formats as well as
operating systems. OCWN provides support for:
Multiple Streaming Formats
|
We
support the streaming formats that
have emerged as the industry
standards.

Multiple
Operating Systems
We
support Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft
Windows NT, Red Hat Linux, and Solaris. If you
have an application that works best on either
of these operating systems, we've got the
capabilities you need.

The OCWN Partnership Network is connected to
the Internet with an OC-12, of which we are
using three DS3 connections for a total
connectivity of 135,000 Kbps. These DS3
connections account for 25% of the total
connectivity available to our primary Data
Center. Plus, we have the flexibility to add
up to 9 DS3 additional connections at any
time. The Network is scalable, so as demand
increases, we can easily add more connectivity
at any time.

The Data Center is protected by Liebert-manufactured
UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies). In the
unlikely event of a power outage, an on-demand
diesel generator will take over for the UPS
system and supply all necessary power to our
complex.

Precision-controlled air conditioning systems
are in place to help protect and cool your
servers. The A/C systems provide a virtually
dust- and particle-free computing environment.
Our environmental controls determine the Data
Center's temperature, humidity and air-quality
regulation (including High Efficiency Particle
Air Filtration of 99.999%).
Fire
Suppression
The OCWN Partnership Network is protected with
a sophisticated fire suppression system. The
primary line of defense is the FM200, which
does not use water so it will not harm the
computer components. Instead, the FM200
chemicals extinguish the fire at a molecular
level by bonding with the oxygen. In the
unlikely event that the FM200 does not
completely extinguish the fire, a dual
pre-action sprinkler system will activate.
